Welcome to QRmo. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Service Description
QRmo provides a digital menu and ordering system accessible via QR code. Our service allows small businesses to accept orders and payments without expensive POS systems.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Payment Terms
Lifetime Deal subscribers pay $11.99/month (Starter plan features). Regular plan subscribers pay $14.99/month (Starter), $24.99/month (Pro), or $49.99/month (Business). All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use QRmo for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
